ARTICLE 2: SUBJECT
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the specifications and sale price of which are stated below, which the BUYER has ordered electronically through the SELLER's website at www.zenhanddesign.com, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

4: GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1. The BUYER declares that they have read and are informed about the main characteristics of the product subject to the contract, the sale price, the payment method, and the preliminary information regarding the delivery on the website, and that they have provided the necessary confirmation electronically.
4.2. The product subject to the contract will be delivered to the BUYER or the person/institution at the address indicated by the BUYER within the period specified in the preliminary information on the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER's place of residence, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period for each product.
4.3. During product delivery, it is necessary to check the package in the presence of the shipping officer, not accept damaged products such as crushed, broken, torn packaging, etc., and have a report drawn up. After delivery, the goods are considered to be undamaged.
ARTICLE 5: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract by refusing the product, without assuming any legal or penal responsibility and without giving any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product to them or to the person/organization at the address they specify, in distance sales contracts related to the sale of goods.
5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is mandatory to notify the SELLER within this period using legally compliant methods (e-mail, written notice, etc.).
5.3. In case the right of withdrawal is exercised, the invoice of the product delivered to a third party or to the BUYER, the return form, and the product's box, packaging, and any standard accessories, if any, must be sent back to the SELLER completely and without damage.
5.4. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the shipping cost for the returned product will be covered by the SELLER, provided that it is sent via the cargo company contracted by the SELLER ([CONTRACTED CARGO COMPANY]). If the BUYER chooses a cargo company that is not contracted, return expenses...The goods belong to the BUYER (unless otherwise stated in the legislation).
ARTICLE 6: PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED Products prepared in special models and sizes at the request of the BUYER or according to their explicit personal needs, as well as products damaged by the buyer on any of their parts. In the implementation of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the place where the BUYER purchased the goods or services or resides are authorized up to the value announced by the Ministry of Trade (186,000 TL for 2026).
